"Ruined my vacation in Turin."

Do not book with this property company! This was a scam. The property had several problems. Most importantly it was not as advertised on the site. The pictures show an apartment facing an inward courtyard. This apartment was facing a busy street. I have pictures to prove it. I would have not booked this if I had known this, as I knew the property was by the train station. It was a Saturday night, and the sounds of motorcycles, ambulances, and drunks kept me awake all night. The thing is I saw the apartment advertised on the web, but they did not let me stay in it because somebody else had booked it. Finally after getting no sleep, there was no hot water in the shower. It was warm but not hot. For this reason, I am requesting a full refund. I stayed on April 1. Worse April fools joke ever. I asked for compensation for an accommodation that was misleading. But HostDomus did not give me any, never mind a discount. I will delete my account with Booking.com for misleading me as well, after a decade of loyal service to them.
