Host was super friendly and allowed me to drop off the luggage before checkin time. The place is within a walkable distance from the main touristic places. I was there in a national holiday, so the price was very attractive compared to other places.

Bedsheets were old and mattress was too soft for my taste. The AC was not working so I had to sleep with the windows open. Would not be a problem except for the fact that the area is noisy, full of partying people at night. It also does not feel super safe to walk around alone at night.

Clean, spacious apartment right next to the railway station and Torino's beautiful city-centre. The owner is quite accommodating, communication was fast and easy. Thank you :)

Extremely convenient location for Porta Nuova, with tram, train and bus. Supermarket in station very good plus small one opposite. Great communication with owner of apartment who was quick to respond when a few small issues arose. Very clear instructions about accessing apartment. Spacious kitchen with all facilities plus a washing machine.

Pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We were there during very hot weather and the aircon did not adequately cool the bedroom.

The owner is friendly, very accommodative, and possesses good communication skills. The apartment is spacious and clean. Located right next to the main train station, it is quite convenient.

As this was our second stay at the property, I am not going to write again a lengthy description of our experiences. Once again - great property, great location, great host - this time we arrived late at night, at about 11 p.m. and though check-in is until 8 p.m., the host (Serena) arranged for handing us the keys on time. Thanks again, highly recommended!

I can't really think of anything that I or my family didn't like. If you ever read a negative review of this property, please, do not believe it.

Rarely can one find a property where everything is perfect, but this one surely meets the requirements. The property location is the best one if you are looking for both proximity to the city centre and convenient access to transportation. When you come out of the building, you see the Porta Nuova train station, where you can catch buses and trams to various other locations in the city. The property itself is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable and so is the sofa, which easily turns into a double bed large enough for my two children (18 and 15). It's on the fourth floor, but there is a lift, so no worries of climbing stairs. The kitchen has all sorts of facilities; most importantly, there is a coffee maker - uses Nespresso capsules with several of them provided by the host as well as a large bottle of water in the fridge. Communication with the host (Serena) via WhatsApp was easy, constant, both in Italian and English. Though the check-in starts at 2 p.m., she made sure the apartment was ready earlier. Torino is a great city in Italy to visit, and a stay at this property makes the holiday or the business trip even more enjoyable. I would like to thank Serena on my and my family's behalf, and I strongly recommend Appartamento Magenta 5 to all future guests.

There is nothing we didn't like, so if you read negative reviews about this property, please ignore them. I have been to many places and have stayed at awful properties, so when I have negative thoughts, I express them. I also know that there are people who die to find faults with anything and they usually find them where they don't exist - so, any negative review of this place will be biased and simply untrue. I hadn't met the host, Serena, before; this was my first visit to Torino and my first stay at this property, therefore, I am not trying to advertise it. All I know is that if I ever go to Torino again, and if the place is not booked up, it is the one that I will choose.

Absolutely great location and really nice apartment!

The owner was very helpful and quickly reply to our inquiries. Very spacious. Enjoyed having a couch. Locally controlled Heater as we experienced unseasonable chilly nights. Elevator - Washer - Electric kettle - Microwave - Everything we need was there and more. Very functional comfortable stay we had. Thank you.
