Noisy neighbourhood and thin walls

Although out some from the center of Old Town Split, in the Firule area, this apartment is in a quiet, easy to find, neighborhood. The apartment is somewhat modern with both bedrooms spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything, and the entire apartment was spotlessly clean. The apartment has mostly skylights for light, but there is a comfortable little outside balcony. There is not much of a view but it’s easy to walk to the beach and there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Kistina, our host was a good communicator, My wife and I enjoyed our stay there, with only one little concern; the helipad for the local hospital is just a couple of blocks away so occasionally there is a rescue landing and take-off, but that find with us because these are the people that save lives.

I little far from the Old Town of Split. Better beaches are a bit of a walk.

The host of the apartment is so nice and flexible, the apartment is so cozy and clean. The location is perfect. I highly recommend it and definitely will stay there if I visit Spilt again.

This apartment exceeded all my expectations. It is very spacious, modern and has all the facilities you need during your stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They met us immediately upon arrival, answered all our questions and provided us with a great stay. The location is perfect, has it’s own parking space and the beach is within a walking distance of the apartment. It was a great stay overall, highly recommended!

The space was great for a family of five. It had basic essentials like laundry detergent, soap, oil etc which is very helpful when travelling for a long period of time. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

The hot water ran out quicker than we were expecting and there is a helicopter landing pad for the hospital close by which can give you a fright during the night. But only minor things :) the photos of the water were through the sky lights - not the view from the balcony.

Nice, clean apartment, friendly and helpful host, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the center, but there are good restaurants nearby, and the beach is not far.

There are parking spaces in front of the building, but they were occupied in the first day, there is no sea view from the balcony, and the shower is slippery.

Clean and very spacious apartment, modernly equipped. Everything is new. The location is very good. Very friendly host. We would like to come back again.
