Необычная красивая квартира. Отличные A/C. Радушный хозяин. Тихий дом, нешумные соседи, тихая улица. Удобное расположение. В целом осталась довольна.

Невозможно было тотально затемнить спальню, т.к не было шторы black out на окне-люке, надеюсь хозяин что-то туда повесит все-таки); Не нашла утюг; Мало мест и вешалок для личных вещей и одежды; Загрузила под завязку посудомойку, хотела запустить перед выездом, а машинка не включилась - парапарапам..Сломалась. К счастью хозяин сказал, что сам всё помоет 😇 Но это всё мелочи

Everything was excellent

We really liked the style of the place, the owner was friendly and the apartment was spacious for 2 people. We had everything we needed for a 4 nights stay.

Unfortunately there was a strong smell of smoke all through the apartment when we arrived. We managed to improve the smell through opening the windows, using an air freshener and using the air purifier machine already provided in the apartment. We were disappointed as it is clearly stated that it’s a non-smoking apartment, and we think the problem should have been fixed before our arrival.

It was spacious, close to city center, to Porta Susa train station, to grocery store. It was easy to communicate with host by whatsapp.

Not sure why this apartment has a 9+ rating but we stayed in better 9s before. My suggestions are to improve cleanliness such as washing the towels and the rugs to get rid of the smell. Someone lives in the apartment so you share the fridge with that person and closets/drawers that say Privato is his/hers. The sloping low ceiling on one side is a hazard specially in the bedroom so you have to watch out for that. The building is old, no elevator and be ready to haul up your luggage to the second level.
