"Nice location but room for improvement"

Nice furnished Appartement at a fantastic location just a few steps to the beach. Overall clean.

No Aircondition! We tried to shut the blinds all day and opened the garage to get some cool air from there, but it didn’t help. The place was so hot. Weak Wifi. No coffee machine. No barbecue. The pans provided had scratched and broken surfaces and could not be used. We were keen to cook, therefore we had to buy a new pan. We couldn’t take it with us so the next guests will all least have a proper pan. Dark, small outside area with dusty cushions.

"A simply wonderful place to stay!"

The Property was meticulously clean, very comfortable, well located and really made our 2 night stay in Yamba the best! Very private and so quiet plus a very comfortable bed & lovely bed linen. Also, tastefully decorated & equipped throughout. Parking on site was very handy. A big thank you to Kerry and to Bay Properties. Just a little note: Campbells Lane continues up the hill & the property is at the Clarence Street end of the Lane.

Nothing to fault at all.
