"Ein tolles Appartment in einer großartigen Stadt"

Perfekte Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Beide Schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten raus und sind sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter hatte uns bei kleinen Anfangsproblemen mit dem Tür-Öffnungs-Link sofort geholfen und war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts stets erreichbar und hilfreich. Die Wohnungsausstattung lässt keinen Wunsch offen.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Alles da. Kommunikation mit Vermietern sehr prompt, freundlich und hilfreich. Kaffeekapseln und sogar eine Flasche Wein standen bereit!.

Salz, Pfeffer und vielleicht noch ein bisschen Öl wäre super.

Todo perfecto, no le falta ni un detalle. Las camas muy cómodas. Está en una calle céntrica y ruidosa pero las ventanas aíslan casi por completo. La ubicación genial. Recomendable 100%.

"Excellent apartment in Bilbao"

Location is everything and this apartment is literally in the heart of the old town .. restaurants are literally steps away from the front door. The apartment is new, beautiful, spacious, modern, and luxurious. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are fully stocked. We made meals several nights in the apartment. It even has a nice washer and dryer for clothes. You cannot go wrong staying at this place. The host is very responsive and very helpful. We loved the 3 balconies over looking the street and restaurants. This is a gem of a place. We had to do a little work while on our trip and the Wifi is excellent.

Travelers should note that this apartment does not have central air conditioning. There are lots of fans in the house which do work well. Bilbao is not very hot. We were able to sleep OK, but even simple wall air conditioning units would be helpful. Travelers should also note that there is no elevator. The 20-25 steps to the first landing are not a big deal. (this apt is on the 1st floor). One tip for the home owner would be to clean up the entry way -- it smelled like a dirty cat litter. If you can get past this smell, the apartment is well worth it.
