Location

Lack of ventilation. Smelled musty. Shower was leaking everywhere. No microwave. But listing said there was one. A lot of dust as if it had’nt been used in a while.

Supergoede ligging in het centrum, op loopafstand van Marktplein. Vlakbij ruim en gratis parkeren. 2 uur met blauwe kaart voor de deur (juni 26). Ruim, schoon en compleet appartement. Zeer vriendelijke en schappelijke host. We hebben genoten, ondanks het slechte weer.

We zijn heel tevreden, maar een paar puntjes van verbetering; De vitrages gingen heel makkelijk van de rails af omdat er te weinig runners zijn. De ramen zijn heel laag zonder bescherming. Je kunt er makkelijk uitvallen. Voor kinderen beslist niet geschikt. Helaas moesten wij daarom de ramen 's nachts sluiten uit veiligheid. Een valhek/ tralies zouden een noodzakelijke verbetering zijn ivm de hoogte (2 hoog). Geldt voor slaapkamerraam alsook woonkamerraam. Nog een tip. De grote kast bij de eettafel kan eigenlijk wel weg. Die heeft geen functie bij vakantieverhuur en staat best in de weg. Daardoor ontstaat meer ruimte aan de eettafel te zitten. Ik kon geen schaar vinden. Die is wel handig.

It was really near to all the attractions. Very comfortable and welcoming.

Booked for 3 nights, only coukd stay for 2 as double booked. Left to find alternative accomodation. Pillows old, stained and dirty. Mould on bathroom roof.

The top floor apartment, Skyline 2 was even better than expected. It was very light and spacious and had everything we needed. The location is exceptional, just a short walk from the central square and the Menin gate. Parking was no problem and the area was very quiet.

The external staircase was fine for us but wasn't the easiest to negotiate, especially in wet weather with large suitcases.
