Loads of space

Bernard the owner was so helpful. He arranged an early check and upgraded my stay. He was available to answer any questions . The apartment had every facility i needed for my stay in particular a very well equipped kitchen . The bed was also comfortable and the area is quiet yet near to the centre of Ypres .

Perfect location, minutes from everything but quiet safe location. Bernard couldn't have been more helpful and efficient.

Lots of stairs, but not really an issue for us.

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a central location.

There was a mix-up about getting into the property. I was told that someone would meet me there and that I would receive further information beforehand. I didn't receive further information and there was no-one there when I arrived. I eventually located a phone number for the owner and discovered that there was a code to let myself in.

Bernard provided the key code as I was very late arriving at night due to ferry crossing delays. Then met Bernard in the morning the next day.

The shower head didn’t stay up.

A self contained apartment with one double bed and an excellent shower. Linen & towels were provided A good central heating system Host was very helpful

Access was via a two storey iron staircase on the outside of the building. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. This area was also used by the other permanent residents as a smoking area.

I cannot comment on Apartment Skyline because when I let Bernard know I was on my way there he told me he had upgraded me to another apartment. This one was called ‘Cozy Flat’ and was on Klaverstraat. Bernard welcomed me and showed me around the apartment, letting me know how everything worked. This apartment had been recently renovated and looked lovely. It had everything in it that I needed and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was very nice and the shower lovely. Overall an absolutely wonderful stay and I’d happily stay at one of Bernard’s apartments again.
