Urban Apartments with sauna

When I first arrived, I was worried as the outside of the building is really run down. However the inside is incredible! It’s one of the oldest buildings in Zadar, with beautiful original features. The apartments are stunning! Super modern and well built. I loved the sauna and used it frequently to unwind. It has everything you need; great hairdryer, comfortable bed, amazing shower. I felt very safe and looked after. Denis, the host, was very good at communication and accommodating my requests.

The outside of the building was a bit worrying.

Location's AMAZING! Cannot find anything better than this: just by the seaside, close to EVERYTHING. Sauna was also super nice, clean and easy to use, also quite private. Wifi worked great. TV, fridge and so on were nice, bathroom OK.

No proper window (was difficult to dry our towels and swuimsuits). Shower area and entrance to the cabin were a bit too small. There's also slowest elevator in the world, takes like 1 minute to go up to 5th floor :)

As the apartment is under the roof, there are only 2 very small windows

The bed was extremely comfortable and the host was nice. Kitchen amenities spot on. Sauna really was designed like a mini spa and was nice.

The apartment was tiny, crammed and claustrophobic. The window is small and not at eye level, so very little natural light came in. Didn't have much space to move. The kitchen was very small and not comfortable to cook in. No coat hangers or spots to place items in, only a single closet available. The sauna didn't have proper ventilation. The quality of a stay is often in the details and sadly this property lacks a lot of them. Great potential though.

It was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Location was also great!

Great location, close to sea, old town and restaurants. Easy access to the apartment after getting all the info through whatsapp. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time and the staff let us know the minute the apartment was ready for us to come in which was a great advantage. AC in the apartment worked perfectly and the apartment has everything you need for your stay in the town
