Apartment Luci

Location was perfect, really in the center and in front of the sea. The hosts left us some nice goods in the fridge which is always appreciated. The place was clean.

The parking included is a bit far from the house. It's not a problem also because the parking on the street is not very expensive (1.3€/hour), but you need to keep into account that you will need to walk a bit to reach the garage.

Másfél éves kislányunkkal voltunk, a szállás ilyen téren is tökéletes, jól felszerelt. A tisztasága hibátlan volt! Étterem, tenger, látványosságok és minden az ajtón kilépve azonnal elérhetőek voltak. Kívánni nem lehetne jobb elhelyezkedést. A parkolás (nekünk kimondottan pozitív) 6 percre gyalog egy parkolóházban volt, a séta egyben városnézésnek is szuper!

Elsőre furcsa volt a lépcsőház és belső udvari kilátás, de mi nyaralni mentünk és nem az ilyen részletek nézni, így ez semmit nem vont le az élményből.

Easy access and check in. Can't think of better location in Zadar, out the door and inside restaurant and shop area. Out the door and possible to swim, from the waterside max 10min walk to the city beaches. Apartment had some water and small breakfast in place ❤️ Staff replies fast and helpful to the full extension. Nice beds bathroom and kitchen. All great, perfect for us. Good air-conditioning and big beds.

Que es un segundo sin ascensor, nosotros llevábamos carrito de bebe y un poco complicado, es nuestra única pega

This apartment was excellent. It was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. The parking space was about a 15-minute pleasant walk through Zadar’s old town, and it was included in the booking. The owner was extremely nice and thoughtful, leaving us some water and fresh fruit upon arrival, as well as providing essentials like body wash.

Ubicación privilegiada en pleno casco histórico si bien está en la Zona estudiantil y a metros hay varios cafés y restaurantes con música Si uno quiere dormir lo hace sin problemas ya que cuenta con aberturas doble vidrio y nada se escucha Nosotros rentamos auto y los propietarios nos dieron acceso a un parking sin costo con su tarjeta propia Servicio a destacar !!’

The apartment is located right at the edge of the historic district, and right across from the sea walk. The bed was fairly comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The apartment is difficult to find. At first, we went to a tapas restaurant that had the number 6 on it, but the apartment is not in that building. As you face the tapas restaurant, the apartment is in the building to the right of it, and you need to go through a walkway off the street to get to the door to the stairwell.

There was a great deal of noise at night from outside the building – drunken partiers and loud motorcycles until quite late at night.

Great location and owners were amazing. Found they not only helped with my luggage up two flights of stairs but also had generously put some provisions in the fridge.

Because of where it is the noise carries on till early hours so if a light sleeper difficult.
