The place is just perfect to discover Bohinj region. The apartment is exceptionally clean, everything works well, well equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. Lidija is really nice and welcoming, we discussed the hikes and places to visit in the region. She went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with the car. The parking just in front of the door is also an advantage. We would definitely go back. The best lodging we visited during our stay!

Mūs sagaidīja kā gaidītus viesus, visu izrādīja, pastāstīja. Saimniece Lidija visu laiku bija pieejama. Mums nelaimējās ar laika apstākļiem, taču gājām un baudījām. Un svarīgi, ka atgriežoties numuriņā, varējām uz mirkli ieslēgt radiatorus, lai izžāvētu samirkušās drēbes. Tas bija neatsverami! Tāpat būtiski, ka virtuvē bija eļļa un garšvielas. Bijām ar automašīnu, ko varēja novietot pie mājas, viss sasniedzams. Esam ļoti apmierināti.

"A real gem in the mountains"

The flat was lovely and clean, beautiful view over the mountains, but the real gem was Lidija, she made us feel so welcome and gave us a lot of information.

"Felt right at home and didn't want to leave"

I absolutely loved my stay at Hiša Gorenc. The Murka apartment was very comfortable, clean, quiet and close to all the attractions: 18min from Bled, 10min from Bohinj. It was a few minutes walk to the town Bohinjska Bistrica, which had a bike rental with a couple of trails nearby, a few restaurants, grocery stores, a bank. What made my experience amazing was the host Lidija. She was so kind and helpful. For example, I asked where I could get cherries in the area and she found where they were selling them and got them for me. Lidija went above and beyond, and made me feel at home. I was so sad to leave, but I definitely will be coming back!

Everything was great! No complaints.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The room was exactly like in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and with an amazing view of the mountains. The location is perfect for exploring the area, right between Bohinj and Bled, and even Kranjska Gora is only about an hour away. There are restaurants and shops nearby, but you’re still far enough from the crowds and noise typical of Bled, which made it really relaxing. The hosts were very polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Would definitely come back!
