It was as on the picture and the host is amazing

Very friendly owner Lidja, who welcomed us warmly and gave us a lot of information about activities in the area. The village has all the amenities, several shops, great restaurants (e.g. Sunrise 7), a lot of vegan options, and even ev chargers at walking distance.

The room is as advertised. It is cosy, and has no sitting area, but there is a small terrace with a view on Triglav!

Our stay at Apartmaji gorenj was just perfect, we loved it. The host came to pick us up at the train station when we arrived, and took the time to illustrate the map of the area, main biking and hiking trails, bus stop, restaurants etc. The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it, perfect for an active holiday !

The most wonderful friendly hosts welcomed me with a cold beer and lovely conversation - much needed as a solo traveller. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, all the kitchen supplies you could need and a fantastic shower. The large balcony provides a stunning view of the mountains which can also be seen from bed, just beautiful. The apartment is located within walking distance of the train station, bus stops, supermarket and delicious local bakery. The hosts provided some really helpful hiking tips as well as a bus schedule for the free shuttle which made accessing hiking trails and the lake super east without a car. I had the most fantastic stay and was so sad to leave. I will definitely be back!
