IEThe apartment was spotlessly clean. Not a bug to be seen the duration of the holiday. It even had a hair straightener. The response time and communication from the host is amazing.
My husband and I found the beds to be extremely hard. There is a lovely patio which holds a table and 4 chairs off the main door to the apartment but the sun was completely gone from there by 2.30. Also there is another apartment right next to this, they have to walk through this patio to access their apartment therefore limited privacy afforded.There is a small patio of the main bedroom that gas evening sun but it is very small.

The shower ran cold for most showers, which is the only comment we would have. Otherwise, it was a high quality apartment.
IEThis is a super apartment where we just spent 10 fabulous days exploring and enjoying beautiful Zadar. Marin is a wonderful host and even had refreshments and drinks in the fridge on arrival. The apartment is in an excellent location, felt very private, absolutely spotless, air-conditioned and plenty of space for our needs with two nice balconies, one with a sea view which was lovely in the evenings. We availed of the free parking as we had a car but really enjoyed being able to walk 2-3 mins to the beach. There is also a bakery and supermarket within 5 mins walk as well which was very convenient. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and will definitely be returning again. Thank you to Marin, his wife and family for the warm Croatian welcome.
BEThe apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. We had to walk less then 1 minute to the sea and about 5 minutes to several restaurants and stores. Our host Marin was very helpful and approachable. We had a wonderful stay in Zadar!
