Beautiful, clean and well organized apartament with a breathtaking view from the balcony. Very close to nice restaurants and a lovely beach that is not too crowded. I would definitely choose villa Punta again.

"Mega Unterkunft für sehr gute Preisleistung ."

Die Besitzer waren alle sehr nett und herzlich, Unterkunft war klein aber fein, war alles da was man gebraucht hat und die Lage ist einfach Mega .

Das Internet funktionierte nicht so richtig. Sonst war alles gut .

"A perfect apartment in Puntamika!"

The villa is lovely- the bed is huge and very comfy. The sofa bed on the living area was easy to use and also comfy. The kitchenette has two hobs which was helpful when cooking- there is also coffee machine, toaster etc. The balcony is spacious (although this may differ from apartment to apartment) with great view across the water- it made our stay 😍 The location in Puntamika is perfect- across from the beach with a beach bar. A short walk to other bars and restaurants, the Marina and a supermarket. It’s about a 40 minute walk to Zadar old town or 5-7euros in an uber. In the other direction you can walk all the way along the coast through the Punta- it’s lovely and the sunsets are amazing! The accommodation is great value when compared to other apartments/hotels in the area and the hosts are friendly and incredibly helpful (both prior to the stay and during).

That we couldn’t stay longer. 😏
