Crowonder Lucky Holiday House with Pool and Patio 30 meters from the Beach

Swimming pool was a bonus and the balcony too. There was also a BBQ area and terrace at the back (although we didn't use due to weather). There were supermarket and restaurants at walkable distance. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

It's a bit far from the city centre. There could be some spices and more kitchen items to cook. Other than that our stay was perfect! :)

Ideal location, the sea and the beach are nearby, you just have to cross the street, and the bus stop and the shop are nearby.

No toaster in apartment No tin opener A few things added in the kitchen would be great as commented above and a television in the second bedroom would be great especially when you have 2 couples staying together in the apartment.

The property was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable, there is a well stocked shop and coffee shop only 2 mins walk away and the apartment is right on the 8a bus route which takes you into the centre. Pool area was just lovely and the sea really was right across the road!

Bathroom was a little narrow. No mirror or air con on smaller bedroom.

Spacious rooms with excellent air con and black out blinds. Excellent location right next to the sea, 2 mins from a well stocked shop and close to a bus stop into Zadar. Pool and outside areas are clean and well maintained.

Interior is a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. Some plug sockets weren’t fully secured to the wall which was a bit of a worry with kids around. It’s a pebble beach, which is lovely, but there are no sunbeds for hire, if you’re hoping to lay on the beach all day invest in a foam mat.

The host was extremely friendly. He even gave us a free prosecco as a welcoming gift and was more than happy to give us recommendations on what to do in Zadar. Vielen Dank!

We booked an apartment for a group of three friends, young on vacation. Everything went smoothly from reservation to check-out. The place was very clean, conveniently furnished with a full kitchen. We were close to the beach and we enjoyed the pool. We are not noisy, and found the place was calm, too, but friendly and near all attractions in Zadar.

It was all right.

The location is great. Literally a few metres to the sea. Nice small pool with plenty of sun loungers and daily clean towels.

Room felt rather dated and compact. A bit of a freshen up of the decor would transform this place from good to great.
