オーナーがとてもよい方で、部屋は広くて快適、ロケーションがいいです。

シャワーが若干使いにくいです。

La casa è meravigliosa, arredata con gusto, in posizione centralissima, e silenziosissima; Raffaella è stata estremamente premurosa da tutti i punti di vista nell’accoglierci. Ci teniamo a sottolineare – avendo letto un paio di lamentele al riguardo qui sotto – che la toilette è comodissima e graziosissima. Davvero complimenti sia a chi gestisce la struttura sia a chi si è occupato delle scelte di design. Una permanenza gradevolissima.

Fioriaia5 Dimora was such a refreshingly easeful, hospitable, beautiful and authentically-located flat, that bridges traditional architecture with a modern and clean touch. The owners and overall check-in and out experience were seamless (loved the pin code and door), and they were very hospitable in my personal need for heating and made a video to help walk me through very clearly. I would highly recommend for a visit to Arezzo, as its easily walkable to everywhere and you really can feel part of the historic center. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

La ubicación, el entorno, la comodidad y el ambiente.

Hubiera necesitado lavadora en el alojamiento, ya que pasamos cuatro días y veníamos de viaje de otro lugar pero con hotel elegí apartamento pensando en la opción de lavadora. Cerca no pudimos localizar lavandería

Everything, it was just excellent. Very nicely designed and every detail is well thought of. I loved it a lot, and it's in the middle of the city center which is nice when you go out for a dinner at night. It's a beautiful walk.

I honestly liked everything, if I would point one thing it would be that there were some noises from the neighbors I think early morning, so if you are a light sleeper you will be annoyed.

Great location, very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything needed, and a comfortable bed. Perfect for a pleasant stay.

Right in the heart of town and the beautiful cathedral

Beautiful place. Great location. It was a little too hot with no air conditioning, but we survived with fans.
