The apartment was absolutely beautiful - really comfortable and cosy, and it was immaculately clean. Location was excellent and really close to lots of restaurants and bars. The kitchen was really useful - there are no basics (salt, oil etc) so if you are planning on cooking, bring some with you! The Wi-Fi was super fast.

This property was AMAZING! This was by far our nicest stay while in Italy. The place was very clean, and we were grateful for all the personal touches provided (water bottles, toothpaste/toothbrushes, and quality shampoo/conditioner/soap). The feel and design of the property itself is fantastic, but the location is even better. Right in the old town area, we were able to walk out our door and 40 seconds later be in the scenic and bustling town. We did not have a car for the stay, and found it easy to walk to everything we needed, including from the train station (note: we are in our 20s so have a more generous definition of what is walkable. Arezzo is on a hill so its an uphill walk from the train with your luggage. Still we did it). Raffaella and her daughter were very kind and willing to provide recs in the area. I will be highly recommending this place to my friends!

We liked the location, staff were helpful in resolving minor issues. Comfortable bed, lovely linens. Nice toiletries.

While the apartment is very tastefully decorated, it lacked some basics to make it really comfortable such as a coffee table in the seating area. The kitchen was a little crowded with the fridge, oven and stove top all close together so that cooking was a little difficult. The hot water was erratic, sometimes scalding, sometimes only cold.

Great location! Super interior and spacious! A brilliant place to stay!

Better than presented. The apartment opens to a large sitting area with couch and TV that leads into a kitchen, dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. The couch in the living area unfolds into a double bed. In the back, separated by a sliding door, is the main bedroom and bathroom. This area is combined and includes a toilet in a closed separate room. The apartment is modern and well appointed. There is is even a small, private sitting area with bistro table and chairs through a backdoor outside the main bedroom. It’s a block off the main Corsica Italia and near lots restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is up the hill in the direction of the main cathedral and grand piazza. It’s a bit of a hike from the lower portion of the main part of town.
