Villa Lipa

The place is very beautiful, I loved the two balcony. It is not far from the city center. I also liked the possibility of paying directly during the stay. Also Vila Lipa accepts cancellations, this flexibility is a plus (and rare) among the many options to stay

I only missed an extra bed for my kid. We booked according to the Booking recommendation and requested a place for the kid prior to the arrival, but we had to share the bed, not a big deal.

Requested a towel for a 3rd person in our booking that didn't appear. No reply.

We are repeat visitors here & we accessed our room early via the lovely 'Emma'

One thing-the water wasn't always hot

size. location. assistance from the owner/agent.

kitchen facilities, i.e. no tea spoons, chopping board too small. Too much "vegitation" attached to the apartment. Bathroom (shower) ready for a refurb.

Lovely apartment, great size balcony's. I liked where it was situated, halfway between old Zadar town and Borik Beach

Nothing to dislike

Good location, easily accessible to a few beaches and the old town.

Mrs. Leri is very helpful.

Lots of mosquitoes and there is no protection on windows
