"Great apartment in the city centre"

Everything was perfect for our short-term holiday. It is in the centre of Old Town, very close to everything. The apartment was clean, there was also coffee machine with coffee capsules which surprised us positively.

"Great apartment with good location"

Fantastic apartment! Located close to main Zadar Street.Very clean. Made in ,, good taste''. Located on 3rd floor in the building. We had room with view on back side of building so no so noisy from the street.No elevetor but it was not problem for us. There is all what you need to prepare your own meal.5m to the market from main entrance ,open on Sunday as well. 10 m to potential restaurant with breakfast. 50 m to restaurant with traditional cuisine. Very good and fast contact with host. 15 min by walk to Kolovare beach. I fully recomended.

"A perfect pied-à-terre for seeing Zadar."

The apartment is in a great location for Zadar Old Town and all its attractions. It’s also less than 5 minutes’ walk from where the airport bus drops you off, which is handy for anyone on a budget. Be aware that’s it’s up a couple of flights of stairs with no lift, so you’ll have to lug your luggage up there. It’s beautifully and recently decorated, very clean throughout and has enough utensils to self-cater. Denis (the host) gave us clear and simple directions to the apartment 24 hours before we arrived. We found the place immaculate, with snacks, cold drinks and a bottle of wine waiting for us - what a wonderful welcome! Denis was also kind enough to recommend some (excellent) local restaurants. A five star experience.

Fantastic apartment, equipped to 120%, with nothing missing. Cleanliness - top-notch, location - 3 meters from the main street. The owner is helpful and responds practically immediately to any problems. I could go on and on, highly recommended.

Since we arrived to Zadar around midnight, Denis sent all perfectly clear instructions for how to get into the building and into the apartment. The Superior apartment completely exceed my expectations. Full equipped with all you would need for a relaxing time in Zadar. 100% recommended.
