My only complaint is the amount of cigarette smoke around - but this is common to all of zadar centre.
PLPLGreat localization-in the middle of Old-Town. Good place for bigger group - we took the whole floor - 8 people. Each room has separate bathroom. AC, shutters, comfortable beds. Just a few steps away from all city attractions (don't mind the noise though - it's city center :)).
We did not like that the landlord took pictures of our ID's - we asked him to delete them afterwards - hope he did. I think that the person who is making reservation is responsible for it - there is no need to check the whole group-very unsafe regarding data breach.

DEThe host was incredibly helpful, providing some good recommendations and information about the area. The room itself felt very homely which is much appreciated when you’re on holiday. You’re right above the family-run caffe as well, so it was lovely to stop for a coffee in the morning 😊
A bit of noise at night from surrounding bars/restaurants, not a problem for me but could be for light sleepers.
