"Great accommodation"

We traveled as a family with 3year olds. It’s located in a calm residential area. Very family friendly and also only 15min walk away from lido! The host is a very open, supportive and very kind person and she made sure that our stay was comfortable for the whole time. I’d definitely go back to the place:)

Moderne, sehr saubere Wohnung mit kleinem Sitzplatz. Bequeme Betten. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Fussläufig zum See und Flaniermeile. Sehr nette Besitzerin, schnelle, einfache Komunikation. "Overall it is alright for a short stay."

The apartment is clean and it has big parking space. Quiet and peaceful. Wanda is a friendly host but unfortunately we did not get to see each other.

My husband and i couldn’t sleep well as the pillow is too flat and the bed is a not firm enough. It’s very subjective to individual preferences.

El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario. Tiene de todo! Esta cuidado al detalle. Wanda nos atendió genial y nos dio Tips para visitar Ascona. Nuestro hijo de dos años se sintió como en casa, había un montón de juguetes para jugar. La cocina es nueva y tiene de todo. Tiene buena conexión con el centro de Ascona. Las camas son muy cómodas. Incluso un día que estábamos muy cansados pusimos la tele y vimos una película de Netflix. Nuestro perro pagó una tasa de 20 chf por toda la estancia. Hay aparcamiento dentro de las instalaciones. Fue maravilloso y repetiremos!

"Better than most hotel stays."

Lots of amenities and details, much better than most hotels.

Hot water will run out at some point and you will have to wait for it to fill up again. It's plenty for one or two regular showers in a row however.

"Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl :-)"

Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man/frau sich wünschen kann. Die Lager der Wohnung ist zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Man erreicht die Promenade von Ascona und den Piazza Grande in Locarno in 20 bis 30 Minuten zu Fuss. Auch die Maggia ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ab der Wohnung hat es auch viele Gassirunden für die Hunde. Die Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert, herzlich und aufmerksam.

Die Wohnung verfügt nur über einen ganz kleinen Sitzplatz (was im Inserat aber auch erwähnt ist), welcher nur am Abend ganz kurz besonnt ist. Eine kleine Lounge unter den Palmen wäre ganz cool.
