The host was very kind and attentive. She explained everything clearly and was even willing to use a translation app to communicate with me because I sadly couldn't talk in Italy. She's amazing. The place was also comfortable and almost everything is provided by the host.

We didn't have any eating utensils and was a bit confused but it wasn't a big problem for us.

It's relatively clean

It was a disaster for my family. Things might be special because it was the last day of 2022. The host let us wait outside for 50 minutes. She didn't speak English but that's not a big problem. The apartment is in a residence dense community. The neighbor next door has a party and it continued to be bang bang bang from the time we got in at 7 pm until 3am in the mid night. The wall is not noise proofing at all. There is no door in the small room, so that my daughter who slept in it could not sleep at all! Without a good sleep, the house rule says that we have to check out before 10 am the next day! There was no dedicated parking spot. We had to spend 30 min to find a parking place 5 min far away by foot. The wifi password was like more than 40 characters with upper and lower case. I didn't bother to type in after two tryings.

Clean, has all the things you need.

Italy's obsession with turning off the heat during the night. We made use of a small electric heater. Car parking in the zone is possible but not that easy to find empty spots. These are my only complains.
