The location is convenient for those who prefer staying outside center of Lisbon. The apartments are situated on the other side of the river. If you are traveling by car, a big advantage is the free parking. If using public transport, the connection is also easy: you can take a ferry (€1.60) and then a tram for a couple of stops (€0.85) using the Navegante transport card, which costs €0.50 and can be topped up from €3. Alternatively, Uber or Bolt rides from Lisbon cost around €10 on average. The beds are comfortable, both the main bed and the two single beds. The bedding is of good quality, and the towels are also nice. The bathroom includes shampoo and shower gel. The apartment is cozy and suitable for a short stay. There is a washing machine available, and the kitchen has some basic utensils.

This place has a lot of potential and could easily receive a top rating, but unfortunately, our experience was not as good as others’. Upon arrival, we were surprised by the number of flies everywhere. There were some inside, but especially many in the courtyard (we stayed in a ground-floor apartment with a private patio). After going out to explore Lisbon, we returned to find the courtyard flooded with sewage, which explains the large number of flies outside. As a result, we were unable to use the courtyard at all, even though it is a significant bonus for spending time outdoors. While using the shower or toilet, sewage was flowing across the street (photo attached). The bathroom has mold in multiple areas—not only on the shower base, but also around the window. The cabinet is damaged due to humidity, and its doors are broken. It is understandable that guests may not keep the window open, as there is a bad smell coming from outside due to what appears to be a clogged or malfunctioning sewage system. I noticed similar sewage-related issues mentioned in previous reviews, so this does not seem to be a one-time problem. Overall, there is a very high level of humidity inside the apartment. Although there is a dehumidifier in the main bedroom, it does not seem to be very effective.

The positives were: Convenient location within 20 mins walk of both Cacilhas Ferry and Pragal Train station so ideal for getting into city while still being away from the crowds. Onstreet parking for free is a positive but you may have to park a few minutes away as street is very busy . Beds comfortable and towels/linen decent quality. Smart TV in living room good as was wifi. Despite noise during day/evening, it was relatively quiet at night.

Smell from toilet was not pleasant. There is obviously a drain issue, but it was very noticeable. Check in and out wasn't great. We received no information regarding arrangements to collect and drop off keys until I contacted hosts and confirmed arrangements on both afternoon of arrival and morning of departure. Kitchen was very basic i.e. for 4 people - 1 pan, 1 shelf in oven so could do with improvement.

La décoration, lits très confortables et cuisine plutôt bien équipée.

L’odeur de moisissures, trace de moisissures partout, odeur de remontée d’égout dans les toilettes et muraille très fine, du coup on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors.

Logement très humide, impossible de sécher une serviette de toilette, tout le temps mouillee Très mauvais odeur dans la salle d eau qui ne partait jamais. Énormément de bruit extérieur ( voitures) et on entend tout ce qu il se passe au dessus Les propriétaires pourraient signaler qu il y a beaucoup d humidité et de mauvaises odeurs.
