Good location and easy self check in. We were able to get a late check out.

There was no hot water in the evening

Komfortable Unterkunft, alles da, was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt benötigt, absolut sauber und ordentlich. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr frostig in Almaty, doch die Wohnung war gemütlich warm. Gutes WLAN und unkomplizierter Self-Check-in. Die Nachbarschaft ist friedlich, es gibt viele Läden in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 4.Etage eines Wohnblocks und blickt auf eine vielbefahrene Kreuzung. Daher kann das Öffnen der Fenster für empfindliche Menschen problematisch sein. Auch zu beachten ist die Parksituation: Das Parken ist nur entlang der sich kreuzenden Hauptstraßen möglich und gebührenpflichtig.

Simple apartment, clean, good location, pretty quiet, spacious. Wifi worked fine Hot water worked well in the shower and in the sinks The laundry machine worked well and came with both soap and instructions No complaints about cleanliness Good location near to Arbat, with a mini market downstairs Kitchen came with cutlery and a sponge and soap Owners were flexible

No basic cooking necessities like oil and salt

Centre of the city. Very clean & cozy.
