Location and terrace

We had a lot of luggage. A little difficult to navigate the stairs down and then up to the 4th floor. We could have used more towels. The fan on the ac does not seem to work.

The location was absolutely perfect, and we were blown away by the view and the walkability of the area. Would stay again!

We arrived at night, and it was a little difficult to find the back staircase from the street. Once I saw the stairs though, I immediately recognized them because of the helpful video sent in the check-in email.

The location is fantastic! It is only a short walk from bars, restaurants, cafes and the local beach. We didn’t have a car so it was perfect for us as we could get everywhere easily. The terrace is actually even bigger than it looks with so much space and you get a perfect view of the sunset in the evenings. The check in process was seamless and I was able to contact them easily via WhatsApp for anything we needed. The property was very clean and comfortable for a couple to stay. I wouldn’t recommend anymore than 2 people to stay as it’s not a huge space inside

There were no cushions provided for the sunbeds which then meant we didn’t really use them as it was uncomfortable to sit on just the wood, which was a shame. There also weren’t any bowls in the apartment which we felt was a bit of a basic necessity. We bought cereal on arrival but couldn’t eat it because there weren’t any bowls provided. There is a coffee table outside but no table and chairs (other than one chair at the dressing table inside) so you have to eat from the coffee table. Also no corkscrew for wine! Make sure you buy a screw top.

Excellent location and patio.

The property is not well maintained needs repainting and a few fix ups including bed side lights. There is no stove in the kitchenette or microwave. I asked if there would be cleaning during my stay, I was assured there would be and nobody ever showed up. Lots of potential here with just some attention to detail

The apartment is centrally located in Vouliagmeni within close walking distance to the beach and some cute cafes.

The apartment is up over 80 stairs. There is an elevator but it’s a little scary if you are accustomed to modern elevators as it’s very small and the apartment is right on the top floor. The apartment doesn’t have beach towels despite being close to the beach, so we were forced to buy some for our trip. We asked the hosts for beach towels and they never replied to us.

This little apartment is all about the truly amazing view and terrace. The inside space is enough for a very comfortable stay. Good to have a washing machine and there’s also a lift in the building. Loved being in this area. Many excellent restaurants and cafes within less than ten minutes walk. Great bakery also nearby. We also walked to nearby towns and had perfect lunches by the sea. Hopefully be able to return soon!

Nothing. The main coast road is nearby, as others have mentioned, but it didn’t bother us at all. Building is a bit quirky but all added to the charm. Very safe area.
