"buena ubicación pero confort limitado"

muy céntrico aunque zona algo ruidosa

la calefacción era insuficiente, poco espacio en la cocina donde también está la mesa para un apto de cabida 6 personas, algunos colchones no estaban en condiciones. a tener en cuenta que es un segundo sin ascensor
