Fantastic location right in the historical centre. Responsive and helpful host. Food shops close by.

Minor quibbles - the induction hob was temperamental and slow with some of the cookware - especially the espresso maker. A small nespresso machine would make a big difference to the convenience factor. That said lots of places nearby available for fresh coffee! The only other point to be aware of was the late night and early morning noise from the main square (audible in main bedroom). The music was often charming and fun to listen to - but not when we needed to get up early.

It was well furnished and exceptionally clean. Lovely decor and comfortable beds.

So many stairs. It had 3 flights up after reaching the 2 outside stone stairs flights.

E' ben disimpegnata, fra le stanze, posizione ottimale, vista , pulizia, ottima. Cordialita'. Da ritornare.consigliato.

Colazione non prevista. Posizione della struttura in pieno centro di Assisi. Posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi. Eravamo a circa 250 metri dalla chiesa di Santa Chiara e circa 1km della chiesa di San Francesco.

Il riscaldamento era presente ma non sufficiente per garantire un ambiente caldo.
