Posizione ottimale appartamento bello e pulito

Mancanza di aria condizionata bastava anche un ventilatore assenza prodotti da bagno (shampoo bagnoschiuma)

The owner was very friendly, responsive, and met us on site to explain everything. The building is a bit on the older side, but for the most part that just adds to its charm. The garden was very spacious and comfortable, and the place is close to a bus stop that takes you to the old city.

Some of the doors are a bit old and didn't always lock properly, which made us a tad wary on the first night. However, we didn't have any problems and the area seems very safe in general. I would have appreciated having separate trash bins inside the room for easier sorting/recycling.

Struttura eccezionale, rustica e spaziosa. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla munita di giardino. L'host è stata molto disponibile.

De uitstraling van deze oude ‘podere’ net buiten het centrum van Assisi. Je kon via het buurtje gemakkelijk naar het centrum lopen.

Dat de afvoer van de wasbak op de badkamer verstopt was. Maar verder was het top!

De ligging, ca 15 minuten lopen naar stad Assisi

Het was niet schoon. Keukenkastjes plakten, veel stof overal. Wij gaan altijd op de reviews af, maar daar klopte helemaal niks van! Geen privacy buiten, onverzorgde tuin. Geen strijkijzer, geen koffiezetapparaat. De gastvrouw bij toeval ontmoet, maar neemt zelf geen initiatief om kennis te maken!

Locatie, rustige omgeving, op wandelafstand van Assisi. Badkamer en slaapkamer zijn ruim en comfortabel.

De ´leefruimte´ was klein en donker, zonder comfortabele zitplaatsen. De keukenfaciliteien zijn ondermaats (niet te zien op de foto´s).

Wunderbare Lage, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet!

Se cercate un'oasi di pace questo è il posto giusto. L'agriturismo è a mezz'ora a piedi da Assisi, la strada ha il marciapiede quindi con una lunga passeggiata ci si arriva.il monolocale era fornito di pentole e stoviglie, non c'è il ristorante e il bar quindi bisogna portare qualcosa da casa oppure ordinare con le varietà app. C'è una pizzeria a circa 1 km.

L'unica cosa che mi sento di dire è che sarebbe carino se si potesse trovare all'arrivo una brochure con le informazioni su dove cenare lì vicino, come arrivare ad Assisi, e varie, in modo tale da non dover scomodare nessuno.
