"Quiet comfortable space conveniently located for walks, short drive into downtown Austin."

Good location near Barton Springs. We had a car so needed something with parking. Comfortable space.

The unit was clean but some deep cleaning stuff and some touch ups need to be done.

good location and perfect for what I needed.

It would really help to have a power strip to provide more electrical outlets. This is sold as a good place to study and work but there are no places to charge items except in the kitchen or bathroom

The appartment is at great location near Barton pools. Very quiet neighborhood, within short driving distance to UT Austin

The appartment is pretty outdated. And the owner ask not to use the washing machine\drier in the unit. But rather to use laundromat downstairs. Obviously this affects the comfort

Location was great. Size was good.

Parking was awful unless you drive a small vehicle. Only has window unit jot a real ac so was a bit warm.

"Passable but did not meet our expectations for the cost of the unit , we left the place cleaner than when we entered"

Location

Showers very small , did not have shampoo , only body wash in one of the bathrooms , floors were spotty and dirty , not enough linens for 4 day stay
