El apartamento está genial, muy bienubicado, cómodo y con mucha luz. Elegimos un apartamento superior, amplio y con tres balcones que daban al canal

Necesita algunas pequeñas reparaciones, como los toalleros o el extractor del baño hace bastante ruido.

Boas instalações, bom preço, confortável, excelentes vistas sobre a Ria de Aveiro.

Péssimo isolamento acústico. Dada a grande proximidade da zona dos bares, ouve-se a música e barulho até de madrugada. Impossível adormecer !

Quick contact with owner regarding the rented accomodation. The appt was huge and nicely decorated nothing was missing for our stay.

A minor detail 2 of the cabinet doors were not closing 100% correctly.
