Apartamento muy limpio, decorado al detalle, tiene de todo para estar cómodo, bien ubicado, no esta lejos del centro. Se aparca bien. Tiene un supermercado cerca. Muy cerca de la estación de tren. Nos parecio una zona segura y tranquila. Nada ruidosa.

"Optimo apartamento funcional a 10min a pe de Aveiro"

Casa em boa localização, bem perto da estação de comboios e a 10min a pe do centro histórico de Aveiro. Fica inserido num condominio, tudo muito clean e funcional. Tem uma pequena varanda e um parque para crianças (para nos foi optimo!). A casa tem tudo e fez-nos sentir mais em casa e disfrutar da cidade. Tem um supermercado 2min a pe.

O colchão da cama bastante mole, afundava. Fica num R/C e tem que se ter o cuidado de não deixar nada aberto, ate porque as pessoas passam mesmo ao lado (é chato de manhã estando-nos a vestir, mas com a cortina sem problema!). O frigorífico não faz muito frio… tivemos que colocar no máximo e assim ja com uma temperatura aceitável.

"Very clean and cozy"

This apartment was the perfect place to stay in Aviero for the Europe Marathon. The start/finish line was about 2 mins away. My favorite thing about the apartment was the cleanliness. It was probably one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. I appreciate that and it really made us feel comfortable. The host is also great. She was able to meet us quickly after our arrival in town and let us check in to the house. She is also very easy to reach.

It is a ground level apartment and it can get loud with people walking by on the sidewalk/cars driving by. It also seems like the apartment isn't well insulated as we could hear other people in other apartments.

"A comfortable three days in Aveiro"

A spacious apartment close to the railway station and supermarket with a well equipped kitchen and spa bath. Thoughtfully furnished with lovely wooden floors and doors and a washing machine with detergent provided was a welcome bonus.

It wasn’t in the most attractive part of town but once inside that didn’t matter and it had an inner courtyard balcony.
