Dzīvoklis ir neliels, bet labi aprīkots, tīrs un mājīgs. Bija pieejama tēja un kafija u.c. nepieciešamās lietas. Perfekta lokācija - Aura Keskus ar auto bija 5min. attālumā, bet vecpilsēta uzreiz aiz pilskalna. Klusa vieta, bet viss ātri sasniedzams. Ieradāmies piektdienas vakarā un devāmies prom svētdienas rītā, līdz ar to par stāvvietu arī nebija jāmaksā (sestdienā pa dienu bijām Aura Keskus, kur arī iz bezmaksas stāvvieta), brīvas stāvvietas bija tieši pie ēkas ieejas. Skaista un sakopta ēka.
