La Casa di Baia

Giussepe, the host is very friendly and so all the locals around. We really felt the vibe of leaving there as the accomodation is in a block with locals and not very touristy. The apartments is spacious, on the hill, and whitin 10 min walk to some nice restaurants by the port, gelateria etc. The area was quiet and relaxed during our stay there. From outside the flat, you have a lovely view over the sea. We were having our morning coffee in the little comunal garden to enjoy the view.

The bathroom a bit outdated, mostly the shower, and no toilet seat. The lack of toilet seat seemed to be a usual thing on that area as even most of the restaurants toilets did not have it.

The place was unprofessional disrespectful and a complete disaster . I have told the owner that I was able to check in at 3 pm or very late at night while giving him updates because I wasn't around.I have gave him 1 hour and 10 min before checking time to see if he was able to give me the keys and he said that he was working and best night. I told him that o wasn't sure where I was going to be and the time .I have gave him multiple choices through out the day to let me checking and nothing like it was an inconvenience. At that point I went by my day and went on a trip . He was rude disrespectful on the phone and had no idea that he made me change my plans several times with his nonsense . I manage hotels for over 20 years and he has no idea how to handle this business. I paid and behaved like he was doing me a favor. My advice is this if you have no patience nor the ability to accommodate a check in because of work or not being around make it automatic so the guest don't need you . Booking will refund my booking but I was left stranded no where to go in italy and more money to spend for other stay and absolute disappointment experience.Do not support this type of buisness.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, si può stare comodi anche in 4-5 persone. Stanza trovata pulita, climatizzata e con un'ottima macchinetta del caffè con cialde, bicchierini e zucchero inclusi (grazie mille). C'è tutto anche per cucinare. Asciugamani e coperte inclusi. Doccia spaziosa e molto comoda. Il parcheggio è interno e molto comodo. Non ci è stata messa fretta per il checkout e anche all'arrivo siamo stati contattati dalla struttura che è stata molto disponibile. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!
