The host is really nice but doesn't speak English (Montenegrin and Russian only) but her son and daughter spoke some English. The host is really nice and friendly and helped me booking a bustrip and ordering a taxi. I also got fresh fruit from the garden which were really delicious. The house is up a steep hill (it's good exercise) and the apartment 20 steps up on the 1st floor had a private balcony with a fantastic view (this is 'Apartment with balcony 48 m2'). Outside the entrance to the apartment there's also a big shared terrace. This place is quiet and you can't hear any noise from cars driving or the liking. Depending on your walking pace a supermarket and the bus station is 5-10 minutes away. I would gladly return to the apartment again. In general in Montenegro expect to pay everything in cash, maybe except restaurants, and expect waiting time for local busses and on the road due to in most places there's only 1 lane in each direction. For arranged bustrips I highly recommend 360 Monte in Kotor (they pick up in Tivat) with fantastic guides and I don't recommend local agency SIP Travel due to very bad experience.

For my taste the bed was too hard but you can't please all.

Loved everything about it, the owners and family are the nicest people we met in Montenegro and the apartment is really nice. Also amazing views! close to bus station and supermarket down the hill. Would stay here again ❤️

The view of the property is amazing. Also rooms are very clean and you have everything you need in the room. Very friendly hosts. Best prices in the area.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Such an amazing view, the kindest and most generous hosts. You essentially live at an organic farm/orchard with fresh produce that we got plenty of as presents (tomatoes, figs etc). the view is amazing and the presence of so many trees actually makes for a pleasant, relatively cool microclimate. It felt like a true luxury urban farm living, will definitely come back. highly recommended,as the airport shuttle is free of charge as well
