Очень удобное расположение в городе

В квартире на полу есть пятна неизвестного происхождения, я так понимаю как краска или что-то такое, но в целом чисто. шторка в душе желтая от воды, не стирают после каждого гостя, в квартире было прохладно, а кровать не заправлена одеялом, оно отдельно лежало в шкафу. Квартира на последнем этаже здания, туда нет лифта можно подняться только на этаж ниже, потом пешком. Я девушка с чемоданом мне было не очень удобно.
