Cleanliness: ‘‘twas clean and today and very comfortable. Location: we enjoyed it as the mall is just on the door to where right on the lobby is a mall and the famous Victoria cream puff is across. Resto and supermarket is just totally in the right wing. Staff: they are easy to locate just follow the guide on the main entrance on what to do as there’s no reception but the guard will direct you.😊 Amenities: there’s an electric stove if you want to cook , toaster, kettle for coffee ☕️ is life, microwave ♥️ all the things that you require on your stay and a cute dining table ♥️♥️😊 We enjoyed our stay,, it’s a hidden gem.

Proximity to Session road, groceries ,restaurants ,the market and the bank was an advantage .

STINKY ( Smell of sewage of the entire room esp. the bathroom, and the hallways,too !!!!)- problem that was not properly addressed by staff, leaking bathroom, NO WATER HEATER ! ( this is Baguio, guys!), space is uncomfortable / room space smaller than expected. I would rate this place a 3 out of 10- NOT really recommended !

Great access to various shops near the Condo Lobby, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Pharmacy, Burnham Park, Banks etc and safety features of the elevator system. Amazing room discounted rates! Excellent service Staff named Ms. Aliyah.

Some minor improvements on the flooring since some old tiles are not grouted in between .
