Very nice place, nice location. Nice staff. Enjoying stay

The location is near the city center and easier to get to other establishments like SM Baguio, the bus terminals, restaurants and other tourist attraction. The staff on duty are nice, helpful and approachable. They accommodated our request for a lower floor due to my friend has a foot injury. The room is clean.

The listing stated there was a clothes rack (even the picture on the listing showed a small closet) but there was none only 2 pink hangers in the hook behind the door. The water heater in the shower was not working which was eventually fixed after we asked one of the staff and we were informed that we needed to unplug and plug in because sometimes it resets (we were not informed upon check in) so my friend had to to take a very cold shower before it was fixed. The toilet flush is defective, sometimes the flush is not working properly ( the water in the tank is not filling up so we had to use the bidet to manually fill it). The refrigerator is not working ( does not cool) even after putting it in the coldest setting which was at 7 so we cannot store any food inside it.

The space of the accomodation. Its pet friendly. Free parking 24/7 cctv and guarded Walking distance to Burnham Park and center. Heated water for the shower. Kichens complete with plates to cook with fridge aswell

The location is good for its price.

It was near enough to central Baguio that I rarely needed a taxi. The view from the patio was impressive. I was pleasantly surprised that drinking water was provided. Full size refrigerator was nice and cold

-No soap at all (bath/body), shampoo, dish soap, etc -Every plate, dish, cup, piece of silverware was in the drying rack on the counter. It wouldn't take much effort to put them in the cupboards/drawers where they belong. No condiments, salt, pepper, oil, etc. Nothing except what was absolutely necessary. -Ants everywhere - table, counters, sofa. Many bites. -Very thin mattresses on the beds -No toilet paper. 50 pesos to rent a towel -Very little privacy. While the rooftop view was nice, expect to hang out with the housekeeping staff during the day (all day). The washing machines are right outside the "Penthouse Apartment" (top floor) so the housekeeping staff hangs out and socializes there from 7 or 8 in the morning until 4 pm. -Penthouse Apartment is on the 6th floor. No elevator. Just be aware if you're old, ill, or have heavy luggage -Not much in the immediate vicinity except a couple of small sari-sari (tienda/small stores). No restaurants or coffee shops nearby to speak of. -A couple of the staff tried their best. A couple of others couldn't care less. They're more interested in making a few pesos today even if it means that client/customer won't return 🤷‍♂️. Didn't feel like I was valued as a client/customer at all -
