Exceptionally central location, close to stores and restaurants (about 100 yds from Conad supermarket, about 200 yds from Cabinovia to Cima Paganella). Very friendly owner who runs a store downstairs the apartment and is always available if needed. Clean and spacious two-bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 6. Recently renovated bathroom with great shower. Windows with double glazing, and very quiet at night. Covered private car park a few walking minutes away from apartment. Wi-Fi working properly. Several TV sets available inside the unit. Comfortable beds and bed sheets. Clean towels.

Breakfast chairs could be better suited to the height of the kitchen table. Not sure the owner can provide a card (normally available from any hotel) to obtain discounts at many tourist facilities in the area, such as lifts etc.
