Nothing was good about this hotel. You have to pay for everything, even the room service. No safety box was available. I booked for two nights, but I checked out after the first night. I was not even dealing with the hotel itself, because my room was owned by another company. Such details weren't clear on Booking during the reservation.

Everything was bad. nothing available in the room. literally nothing. No safety box, no room service, not even a phone to call the reception if needed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. In addition, and just to show how unprofessional this people are, they wrote me a what's app message saying that my "behavior was very very bad" because I posted this comment on here, I mean imagine being that pathetic. Furthermore, and I am not sure how they did it, but one day after my check out I found a rating on here written in Arabic under my name and they gave themselves 10 rating. I deleted that rating immediately. Unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot, however I am still raising a complain to booking.com
