We loved the view from the balcony and apartment location, everything was included - even croissants for the breakfast :) Owner gave us homemade vine as a welcome gift.

It was a bit confusing the owner did not speak english at all but using google translator solved the problem :)

Spectacular situation in clear air away from coast

Very nice appartment, well equiped, beautiful terras, parking space in front of the door. Within 10 mins one walks to the nice and cosy centre of Baunei. Raffaelle is a nice host who is very helpful.

The only, and very minor, disadvantage is the absence of a dishwasher.

The location was beautiful, with a lovely balcony and spectacular view. It is on the far end of town, so it's walkable to get into town, or a very short drive if you have a car. Parking is available, and our host met us on the street to show us where to park. He also gave us lots of information about the town, where we could eat, and things we could do - lots of very thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this apartment if your travels are taking you to Baunei!

Lovely flat with stunning terrace. The host was very welcoming. 10 min drive only from the beach.

The apartment is so clean. Absolutely spotless.

The couch and chairs in the kitchen are not very comfortable.

The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was very clean. The view from the patio was excellent. Raphaele was helpful, kind, and responsive via WhatsApp. Easy parking right in front of the property.

Not enough pillows in the bedroom.

As soon as we arrived at the apartment we were fascinated by the views we had both on the balcony and in the room. The apartment is very cozy and Rafaelle took care of us in the best possible way. 1000% recommendable
