Very homely and warm , lovely .

It is very cosy and comfortable and very thoughtfully equipped. So clean and in a great position for the town.

Paul is a top bloke! He made sure we were comfortable after a long day cycling. Really nice apartment that ticked every box for us. Thank you very much

The apartment really felt like a home from home with everything we needed. We were welcomed by Paul, who showed us where things were. We couldn't have asked for a nicer welcome. Bawtry is a fantastic place to stay with so many restaurants and amenities. All that we wanted was on the doorstep. Parking on the road was available within a couple of minutes' walk and was free, so no expensive car parks to pay for.

A little road noise from the bedroom, but aside from that excellent .

All good with property, had forgotten how loud Bawtry can be on a Saturday night!

Everything was great. The flat had everything we could possibly need. The location was amazing - pubs, bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops, bus all within a few minutes walk.

it was clean and tidy and everything you needed even had milk and beer in the fridge .
