Die Aussicht von der Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist sehr schlecht und lieblos ausgestattet, das Geschirr durchweg angeschlagen, und unvollständig, zumindest einen zweiten Eierbecher für das Frühstücksei hätte ich erwartet, auch zumindest etwas Toilettenpapier wäre schön gewesen wenn es bei der Ankunft vorhanden gewesen wäre. Die Möbel sind nach meiner Meinung reif für den Sperrmüll, dazu gehören auch die Liegen auf der Terrasse. Die Bilder die in der Wohnung aufgehängt sind bezeichne ich als lieb- und Lustlos....

I had never to sign a additional contract for a location found on booking.com and the contract is not made professionally. While living in the french part of Switzerland, I got a German contract. I asked then for a contract in IItalian. The price indicated was not right and when I mentioned this, I got an answer which was not acurate. First of all you should go and pick up the key in the next town and there are no explanations about how different things are functioning (heating, warm water heater, garbage, internet, water cooker was behind coffee machine and could not been seen). It isn't clear who is really responsible for what. The lady who finally came to give us the key on my demand, was not informed about the functioning of the machines. She brought us her personal bed cover necessary for night temperatures under 10 degrees because the cover of the host were not adapted and there wasn't even a cover for it nonostant the fact that we paid for it. In this location you get the normal standard only if you ask for everything. The main light bulb at the kitchen did not function. 3 of 5 spots at the kitchen did not work. One spot at the bathroom was missing. One element of the shower cabin was replaced by a part of a curtain. The main light bulb and one spot were replaced on our demand. Everywhere there is information on what you should not do bu there is no information about how you can resolve this or that problem. The electric igniter of the gaz stove did not work but there was no information about this. After my husband had a shower the first morning, there was no warm water left for me and no information how to do to get warm water. There is no kingsize bed but they put just to small beds together. If you want to sleep near you partner, the beds are sliding and after a few time, you are between the beds. When we fixed the to beds with tension straps, the mattresses were sliding and one of us was lying on the metal frame.
