Staff was very communicative and answered all my questions of best way to get there from airport, exact directions, was very helpful in getting us in a bit early after our long flight. Apt was nice with basic needs met.

No microwave. Very small corner shower with no amenities. Had to use bottle hand soap for shower. Apt is in same building as Hostel but had to have a code to get in the building and to use the elevator.

"Overall it is a lovely place and very convenient location to stay."

Good location and very close to tourist spot area and walkable to Bergen central train station. The apartment is spacious, good wifi, quite and clean.

This apartment does not have any window where you can open.

The apartment was perfect. Very clean, super cosy, comfortable, well equipped, centrally located, which made our stay of 5 nights totally wonderful. Timely respond from host to all enquires pre- and during stay including request for a microwave was acceded to. Thank you for everything!

None - we like everything about this apartment. Areas for improvement - would be nice if shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel are provided.
