Facilities are good, clean and cosy. A lot of perks, such as, water, wine, cookies.

The location is in a historic part of the city, so, there is no place to park the car near the place. The closest park is at 10m walk, which is not very good if you need to pick the car and visit other places. The apartment is in a restored building, so, it is very noisy. You can hear everything that is happening in other apartments. Also, there are a lot of construction work happening around the apartment, so, there is no way you are able to sleep after 7h during weekdays.
