Central location, comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. Infra red sauna was a welcome bonus.

Kitchen, although equipped sufficiently, did not provide any space for groceries, making food preparation a bit complicated. The two benches outside the apartment attracted late party goers and drinkers, resulting in some noise late into the night, but this was manageable by not opening windows.
