La ubicación y la amplitud y calidades del apartamento

Falta de limpieza, la persiana de una habitación estaba atascada y en lugar de enviar a alguien tuve que solucionarlo yo como puede, metiendo y rascándome la mano. La empresa propietaria lo unico que hizo fue enviarme un mensaje creado por chatgpt diciendo que probara a tirar de la cuerda de la persiana levemente.. La luz del espejo del baño no funcionaba, la plancha estaba inutilizable, llena de oxido y la atención es como hablar con un robot o chatbot, todo muy impersonal, trato muy frío y distante. Creo que cuando pagas ese dinero por un ajamoento esperas que esté todo perfecto o que te atiendan mejor.

Location was good, kitchen well equipped. Bathroom nice and fresh and we were able to take our bikes up one flight of stairs into the apartment and there was a little outside room to store them. The lift was too small for the bikes.

The noise from a bar/club which started at 4pm and went right through to 4 AM. The apartment does not have air conditioning and it was extremely hot inside and it was impossible to leave the windows open and even with the windows closed you couldn’t get away from the noise of partying people . The entry instructions are vague and not clear enough. The photos are misleading. The downstairs entry door is opened with a button next to the symbol of a garage. The photo from the apartment door itself is of the inside, it’s quite confusing. And it is important that you turn on your location services on your phone. Bedroom ceiling light did not work , the iron was burned and pillows are terrible.

The location was great.

The access to the building was a bit difficult but staff helped us out. Thank you.

Location was very good. The living room was spacious. All the basics were in place. The view was nice towards the river, no buildings obstructing it.

Re. entering the apartment: We received the codes in WhatsApp in good time. The front door to the building was easy enough. However, we had trouble with the apartment front door. We had booked two apartments for the trip. In the first apartment, no issues at all. In this apartment we were struggling almost every time, and had to lock the door again before we could open it... I do not know whether it was just us not getting it, or whether the lock system is actually less user-friendly. There was no coffee / tea available. In the small bed room, one of the beds was missing a duvet. I am sure this could have been fixed, but my son was comfortable enough without it. This is rated as a 4 star apartment. I really think this is a 3-star: the furniture is IKEA, the kitchen is a bit shabby, there is a strange storage room, the small bedroom does not have a window to outside. Somehow the nice pics make you expect more. There can be noise from the restaurant below (I was not bothered).
