For me the apartment was a good stay in the suburbs while also having an easy journey to the city centre. Everyone in the area was very friendly. Having the private parking was great. It was good to have the balcony because it made more space. The bathroom was big enough for four women to share. The beds were comfortable and the wardrobe storage space was good. There is a lift but the walk up the stairs is short. Ascuncion was very friendly and was very accomodating in the problems I presented when booking - I had to change the dates twice and I'm very sorry for any problems.

The apartment had 3 bedrooms but a small living room with a big sofa - we did not spend a lot of time in it as there was not enough space to sit comfortably for everyone to be in the same room, except for the balcony. The kitchen was very small with a small table - while there were 2 chairs and 2 stools it was impossible to get in and out of the kitchen if more than one person sat at the table. We were a party of 4 and found it difficult to prepare breakfast of tea and coffee and fruit - we did not try to cook anything because there was not enough space even though the facilities were enough (but we did not find a toaster). Ascunsion was nice but we were not able to communicate as we did not speak spanish and she did not speak english. Luckily my english speaking friend helped me to find the parking space. I suggest that the owners get someone to make the instructions in other languages as this would really help the guests. Plastic curtain in a shower is not good.

It's home like experience. Pretty clean.

We are not spanish speakers so we had some troubles communicating, but solved with google translate :)

Clean, comfortable, bigger than expected, great terrace, lovely hostess, parking. Very comfortable and quite, we had a great time, plus they left a nice wine and fruit as a gift and also a tube card which was super useful.

The area is not super trendy or beautiful but not bad either, you still have a few cafes/bars downstairs as well as supermarkets and convenience stores and the tube is 2 blocks away
