Host were excellent provided amenities and explained use of all facilities.

There is no breakfast. the location is very good.... walkable to all places of interest. We arrived on the day of the power shut down. We couldn't get a taxi to the premises. The host, Ms. Marie is very accommodating. She came to pick us at the bus station. In addition, she speaks excellent English and this make communication so easy. Her recommendation for places to eat turns out very satisfying. Highly recommend anyone to stay in this place and I shall stay here again on my next visit to Bilbao.

Nothing really, except we couldn't use the lift because of the power shortage but it's not her fault. Perhaps repair the main door so it can open easier. we had a bit of a struggle to open the main door.

We had a great time

This apartment was very spacious. We had a 3 bedroom. The host met us and explained the property. She left us a few supplies such as bread, tea, coffee and oil. She let us stay longer on our last day since our flight wasn’t till 2pm. She also assisted us in getting a cab to the airport

The key to the apartment was often a challenge but once you figured it out it was fine

Wonderful apartment, with all the amenities you want, extremely clean and well maintained. Would recommend to stay here for anyone who wants to visit Bilbao.

Everything was great and had no issues at all.
