Kaia Apartment by People Rentals

L'emplacement de l'appartement est exceptionnel. Confort complet même si je n'ai pas eu à utiliser la cuisine du tout.

Appartement très sombre, disposition des pièces étonnante. On n'a guère envie d'y rester, juste pour le nécessaire. Manque un vrai placard fermé avec étagère pour les habits.

Location

There was no AC, not even a fan. Last week it was over 40 degrees in Bilbao and there is always high humidity. To pay so much money and not have air conditioning or even a fan is a rip off. There was also very little ventilation so that didn’t help. The apartment was interior overlooking a dirty unkempt central patio. There was also a lot of noise from neighbors. The apartment seemed to have been cleaned in a rush.

El piso estaba muy bien ubicado, zona comercial pero silenciosa por la noche. Limpieza, confort y con todo lo necesario.

Everything, the location is great couldn’t be better, is city center next to Moyua roundabout, next to coffee shops and restaurants, decent walking distance to everywhere. The kindness of the people in charge was super!

The rooms are not 100% closed so you can hear and see light from above. I have very light sleep so I woke up very often because of this.

A very well equipped apartment in a very convenient location to places of interest and restaurants in Bilbao. We loved having the washing machine and dish washer and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with staff was very helpful.

There was no tea towel provided, and the windows couldn’t be kept open because there was no way of supporting them to stay open (we used a saucepan to rest the window on as it was the only object available).
