Great location in the Old City and close to the river, so that everything is within reach.

I was given wrong instruction to go to the auto check in office located 10-15 mins walk from the apartment (I arrived after 23:00) to pick up the keys. Code to door didn't work so I called emergency number while family waited in taxi. After being held on the line for a long while person told me to go straight to the apt and get the keys there. Outrageous. Following day contacted the office on WhatsApp and all he had to say was that he/she would check it and out and they're sorry. That's it. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately, that was not the only problem. When we arrived there were no bed sheets for the sofabed; there was only one roll of toilet paper (for 4 people, 3 nights); no hot water; no curtains on some of the windows. After contacting the agency the following day, we got hot water and bed sheets. Still, these problems shouldn't have happened in the first place, not in a well-run apartment agency. I forgot to ask for toilet paper but at that point I was already exhausted. Opening and closing the door was a struggle. It's an industrial-like door that rubs the floor, so that you cannot leave without slamming the door. It was a disappointing experience.

Really nicely styled place, absolutely perfect location!!! We enjoyed our weekend stay there. Really cool to have all the restaurants and bars at the plaza next to the building.. so many options.. & it wasn't loud in the apartment..

Some little details, such as inner doors need some fixing.

An absolutely gorgeous apartment, in a fantastic location. We couldn't believe how close we were to so many restaurants and bars. Apartment was beautifully decorated, and we had everything we needed for a long weekend stay! Bed was super comfortable, we definitely didn't want to leave. If I return to Bilbao I will definitely be rebooking here!

Apartment was really lovely and the location was amazing

No a/c so we had to open windows. We didnt mind the noise as that goes with the location but we were eaten alive by mosquitos. At least a fan could have been provided. Also a map of the locality and a bit of tourist info would be a nice touch.
